The hotel has a great location being on the strip and close to pretty much everything. The rooms, however, seemed like they were once a suite but now are very poor, resembling a warehouse. The service was excellent, with extremely nice staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The facilities needed maintenance, with broken lounge chairs and a dirty pool. Dining options were rather poor and sparse despite having Indonesian dishes available.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with great views of Montego Bay beach from my room. The white sheets were a nice touch, although the room wasn't quite ready when I checked in. The location was safe and enjoyable, right in the center and across the road from Doctor's Cave Beach. The dining experience, while good on Sunday, was limited in options and required a 20-minute wait for a table.
